Terms of Service – Paid Memberships

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your enrollment in and use of Paradoxism Ministries paid memberships (“Memberships”). By subscribing, you agree to these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not enroll.
Your membership is not just a transaction — it is a declaration. You are not buying access. You are claiming alignment.
1. Membership Eligibility
To join, you must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. You affirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
We reserve the right to reject or revoke membership at any time, especially if your actions betray the values of Paradoxism Ministries.
2. Membership Benefits
Paid membership grants access to exclusive content, rituals, teachings, live events, community spaces, and digital tools — offerings may evolve over time.
We do not promise enlightenment. We offer the fire. What you do with it is your Dominion.
3. Fees and Billing
- Membership fees are charged on a recurring basis (monthly, annually, etc.), as chosen at sign-up.
- Payments are processed via secure third-party platforms.
- All fees are listed in U.S. Dollars and are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.
By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis until canceled.
4. Cancellation and Termination
You may cancel your membership at any time via your account settings. Access will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership without refund if you:
- Violate our Terms of Use or Code of Conduct
- Engage in harassment, exploitation, or disruption of our community
- Attempt to resell, copy, or misuse member-exclusive content
5. Intellectual Property
Membership content — including texts, videos, graphics, and original works — is the intellectual property of Paradoxism Ministries. You are granted access for personal, non-commercial use only.
Do not share, distribute, or repackage our content without express permission. The Dominion is sacred. Protect its fire.
6. No Guarantees
We offer insight, not outcome. Your transformation is your task. We do not guarantee personal results, success, or spiritual outcomes from membership.
7. Community Standards
Members must uphold the spirit of Paradoxism Ministries:
- Speak with purpose
- Question with honor
- Challenge with intelligence
- Never worship — always rise
Disruptive or toxic behavior will result in removal.
8. Modifications to Memberships
We may modify offerings, pricing, or terms at any time. Major changes will be communicated in advance. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent that is permitted by law, Paradoxism Ministries is not liable for damages, losses, or claims from your participation in the membership program.
10. Governing Law
The laws of the state of Florida govern these Terms. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with those laws.
